Indoor 25 metre Lap Pool.

Our indoor heated pool has a maximum depth of 1.5 metres and can be enjoyed by people of all ages.  Lanes in the pool are used by lap swimmer, swimming lessons, aqua aerobics classes and for private hire. If you are a regular lap swimmer you can also join our Lap It Up club, and be rewarded for your hard work.

Outdoor 25 metre Lap Pool

Enjoy the sunshine in the summertime and do some laps outside.  The pool is open from 6:00am - 8:00pm weekdays and 8:00am to 7:00pm weekends and public holidays.  Changes are made to this timetable during the winter.  For seasonal details, please contact reception.

For the Indoor and Outdoor lap lane availability please see the Home Page.

Hydrotherapy Pool

The hydrotherapy pool offers many benefits to a wide range of people.  The adjustable floor means that children learning to swim can  still find their feet on the shallow floor, whilst hydrotherapy users can get the thorough workout from the deeper water.  For a list of the benefits of hydrotherapy and a timetable for the pool click here.

Children's Water Playground

Feel like you are under the sea and join the sea creatures on our adventurous playground.  With a water slide, see saw, spray jets and more the younger children will have a ball.  The slide is unavailble for public use from 5:30pm to 7:30pm Friday's, 12:30pm to 2:30pm and 3:00pm to 5:00pm weekends for use by the birthday parties.

Spa & Sauna

Sit back and relax in our sauna or one of our two spas.  Upon claiming a wrist band from reception, members or paying patrons can lose time in the most relaxing way possible.  Whether it be to releive the stress or to help out with an injury, the spa can be the perfect end to a day.  For health and safety reasons we recommend that patrons stay in the spa for no longer than 20 minutes.  Patrons are advised to shower before entering the sauna or spa.
